It has been a month since my last visit to Goa. I was there for almost 5-days, and how I wished that these 5 days should never come to an end. Goa offers everything that you want to experience. Be it soaking yourself at the beach, or hiking, or about going to the top of the forts. The famous of all of them maybe where the movie “Dil Chahta Hai” was shot, Fort Aguada, or just roam around the flea market.  But this time I was there for complete relaxation. Relaxation to the level of utmost luxury.

It is actually considered one of the most beautiful beaches in South Goa. I was lucky enough to see the sunset at the beach. The colours that were brought out while the Sun was making its way to the downward direction, and becoming one with the sea at the horizon while sinking itself into it, seemed just the shades which had never been produced before.

With a few days here and there around my resort, I strictly came back to my motive of this Goa visit; that was relaxation. I wound up my vacation with an enchanting spa session.

An indulgent and luxurious trip to Goa had been a part of my travel bucket list for as long as I could remember and I finally decided to take the plunge last year and make it happen. My favourite spot was Castaways, the poolside alfresco area where I indulged quite often. My room was decadent and beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The local attractions that I visited and the festive spirit of the New Year only added to my experience.
